Smoke and Silk Social Media Consent Agreement (Discount Offer)

By purchasing this product/service at a discounted rate from Smoke and Silk you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of your image, video, or other content in our social media posts.

1. Discount in Exchange for Consent

By accepting this discount, you agree to grant Smoke and Silk permission to use any photographs, videos, or other content that may feature you for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

2. Content Usage

You understand that your image, video, or other content may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to posts, stories, and advertisements on Smoke and Silks official website and social media channels.

3. Duration of Usage

This consent is granted for an indefinite period, unless you withdraw your consent as outlined in Section 4. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you can do so at any time by contacting Smoke and Silk at info@smokeandsilk.co.nz.Upon withdrawal, we will make reasonable efforts to remove your content from our social media platforms. However, some content may remain due to third-party reposts or technical limitations.

4. Repayment of Discount Upon Withdrawal

If you choose to withdraw your consent at any time, you will be required to repay the discount amount you received at the time of purchase. The amount to be repaid is calculated as follows:

• Original Price of Product/Service - Discounted Price Paid = Amount to Be Repaid

You agree that the repayment amount will be due within 14 days from the date of withdrawal notification. If you do not repay the amount within the given timeframe, future discounts or services may not be available to you, and we may pursue legal action to recover the discount.

Note: The repayment requirement is to reflect the value of the benefit you received through the discount in exchange for your consent, and is not intended as a penalty. This repayment clause is in place to protect both parties and ensure that the transaction remains fair.

5. No Additional Compensation

You agree that you will not receive any additional compensation for the use of your content unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing by Smoke and Silk.

6. Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, as mentioned in Section 4. Upon withdrawal, your content will be removed from any new posts or campaigns, but may remain in content that was previously published and shared.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

By submitting your content, you consent to the use of your image, video, and personal data in accordance with Smoke and Silk’s Privacy Policy. Smoke and Silk will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information and will only use it for the purposes outlined in this agreement. 8. Release of Liability

By accepting the discount and providing your consent, you release Smoke and Silk, its employees, and affiliates from any liability related to the use of your image, video, or content on social media platforms.

By completing this purchase and accepting the discount, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
