How does it work?

Simply follow the order now button link to visit our design page. From this page you can select the garments you would like to order and customize them with fabric choices alongside design choices. With a soft tape measure you will be able to take all the measurements required. By following easy measuring guide you will be able to use your body measurements or a well fitting existing version of the garments you already own.

After the order is confirmed and payment has been made it will take approximately 5 - 8 weeks to make and deliver to the address selected via courier.

If you’re tailored outfits are more affordable what is the quality like?

We maintain a high standard of quality across all of our garments. We work with talented international specialist vendors in China that allows us to provide amazing tailored options at a reasonable price. We understand to get a suit tailored for your specific measurement and choice in fabric can be costly, but now with Smoke & Silk you can access affordable highly customized options made just for you.

How will I receive my garments?

Once your garments are complete we will send them to you via courier. They will be sent to the address that was specified in the order form.

How do I order accessories?

Accessories will be made available for order soon.

What if I’m not based in Auckland?

At this stage we only do call out fittings in Auckland. However if you aren’t based in Auckland and still want to use Smoke & Silk’s services we can offer a remote fitting video call. You will require a tape measure a device with Microsoft Teams, a good internet connection and someone to help do the measuring.

Alternatively we can send you a detailed guide on how to take the measurements to send us on your own time.

How do I order and pay?

At the end of the ordering form once the desired garments are in the shopping basket select proceed to checkout and you will be redirected to Stripe secure payments to pay by card.
