How does it work?

We come to you, when you make a booking you will be asked to enter your details including where you would like the fitting to take place. Once we have your measurements we will work with you to select your preferred fabric and style from our extensive range.

After the order is confirmed and payment has been made it will take approximately 5 - 8 weeks to make deliver to the same address that the fitting took place via courier.

If you’re tailored outfits are more affordable what is the quality like?

We maintain a high standard of quality across all of our garments. We work with talented international tailors in China that allows us to provide amazing tailored options at a reasonable price. We understand to get a suit tailored for your specific measurement and choice in fabric can be costly, but now with Smoke & Silk you can access affordable options made just for you.

How will I receive my garments?

Once your garments are complete we will send them to you via courier. They will be sent to the same address that was provided for the fitting unless an alternative location has been specified.

How do I order accessories?

Due to the nature of our work and the amount that goes into each fitting and beyond that accessories can only be ordered with purchase of a suit, dress or a minimum of 5 x dress shirts. At the end of the fitting when placing the order for a suit or dress you can also order any accessories we offer.

What if I’m not based in Auckland?

At this stage we only do call out fittings in Auckland. However if you aren’t based in Auckland and still want to use Smoke & Silk’s services we can offer a remote fitting video call. You will require a tape measure a device with Microsoft Teams, a good internet connection and someone to help do the measuring on you.

How do I order and pay?

Orders can be placed at the end of the fitting along with payment by card or via payment link.
